The Basic Golf League is ideal for:

League members will have a home page to submit scores, access rules information, leaderboards, and statistics.
League members play when and where they want and then submit their gross score using a Google form. They can play at any league-designated course, from any tee, and either nine or eighteen holes.
Standings are tracked based on the average of each player’s 6 lowest 9-hole gross scores. Gross scores are adjusted based on course handicap and slope. This limits the disadvantage of playing a round on a tough course or from a more difficult tee. Season results are updated automatically and tracked on the leaderboard. Two 18-hole “majors” bring some additional excitement to your season-long league.
End-of-season standings and major tournament winners qualify for post-season flights. Each flight has a two-round stroke-play tournament.

Because of the flexibility this league allows, it is a great way to host a golf league for your school, church, workplace, or friend group! It’s also a great way to estimate handicaps for your next golf trip! Setting up takes about 15-20 minutes, but it is automated after that!
